Widar est une communauté pour les personnes ayant un handicap / une déshabilité.
Nous avons une ferme avec des bovins laitiers, les fruits et légumes biologiques, une boulangerie, un atelier de tissage et un magasin qui vend tout cela.
WIDAR est un chemin vers l'autre: vivre ensemble
Dans nos maisons nos habitants et collaborateurs vivent ensemble sous le même toît. Une forme nouvelle et moderne de vivre en contexte familial. Co-housing pour et avec des personnes avec une déshabilité / un handicap.
WIDAR est un chemin vers l'extérieur: travailler ensemble
Produire ce qui est nécessaire, me lie avec mes concitoyens. Prendre soin de la terre, me lie avec le monde. A travers de cela s'épanouissent les habitants et les collaborateurs.
WIDAR est un chemin vers l'intérieur: la vie culturelle
Après une journée de travail active, nous pourrons étudier, faire du théatre, poursuivre le chemin des arts, fêter les saisons ...
Chacun a sa vitesse, chacun a sa propre volonté.
Ainsi nous développons une riche vie intérieure.
Ces 3 chemins aident:
- la personne avec une déshabilitée à vivre une vie aussi normale que possible
- à ajouter de nouvelles qualités à sa vie
- à lui préparer un futur digne et humain
Les principes anthroposophiques de Rudolf Steiner sur l'homme et la terre sont nos sources d'inspiration.
La communauté de WIDAR à Merksplas et à Wortel héberge 55 personnes avec un handicap ou ils partagent leur vie avec un grand nombre de collaborateurs. Nous produisons exclusivement de la nourriture de qualité biodynamique.

Widar is a community designed to meet the needs of adults with developmental disabilities. We have a farm with dairy cattle, organic fruits and vegetables, a bakery, a weaving workshop and a store that sells all that.
WIDAR is a path to the other: living together
In our homes our inhabitants and employees live together under the same roof. A new and modern form of living in a family context. Co-housing for and with people with developmental disabilities.
WIDAR is a path outwards: working together
To produce what is necessary, binds me with my fellow citizens. Taking care of the earth, binds me to the world. Through this the inhabitants and the collaborators flourish.
WIDAR is a path to the soul: cultural life
After a day of active work, we can study, do theater, pursue the arts, celebrate the seasons...
Everyone has his own speed, each has his own will.
Thus we develop a rich inner life.
These 3 paths help:
- the person with developmental disabilities to live a life as normal as possible
- to add new qualities to his life
- to prepare for him a human worthy future
The anthroposophical principles of Rudolf Steiner on man and earth are our sources of inspiration.
The WIDAR-community in Merksplas and Wortel hosts 55 people with a disability or share a life with a large number of employees. We produce exclusively biodynamic quality food.

Widar ist ein Lebensgemeinschaft mit seelenpflege-bedürftigen Personen.
Wir haben einen Bauernhof mit Milchvieh, Bio-Obst und Gemüse, eine Bäckerei, eine Weberei und ein Laden wo unsere Produkten verkauft werden.
WIDAR ist ein Weg zum anderen: WOHNEN
In unsere Häusern leben Bewohner und Mitarbeiter unter demselben Dach. Eine neue und moderne Form des Lebens in einem familiären Kontext. Co-Housing für und mit seelenpflege-bedürftigen Personen.
WIDAR ist nach Außen: ARBEIT
Um zu produzieren, was notwendig ist, bindet ich mich mit meinen Mitbürgern. Um sich um die Erde zu kümmern, bindet ich mich an die Welt. Durch diese wachsen die Bewohner und die Mitarbeiter.
WIDAR ist ein Weg nach Innen: KULTURLEBEN
Nach einem Tag der aktiven Arbeit können wir studieren, Theater spielen, die Künste üben, die Jahreszeiten feiern ...
Jeder hat sein eigen Tempo, jeder nach eigene Wünsch.
So entwickeln wir ein reiches inneres Leben.
Diese 3 Wege helfen:
- die seelenpflege-bedürftigen Personen ein so normal wie möglich Leben zu leben
- neue Qualitäten an seinem Leben zu zu fugen
- einen menschenwürdige Zukunft vorzubereiten
Das anthroposophischen Mensch- und Weltbild von Rudolf Steiner ist unsere Inspirationsquelle.
Die WIDAR-gemeinschaft in Merksplas und Wortel beherbergt 55 Menschen die seelenpflege-bedürftigen sind und ihr Leben teilen mit einer Anzahl von Mitarbeitern.
Wir produzieren ausschließlich biologisch-dynamische Lebensmittel.
